Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Graham Miranda (hereinafter “Provider”) and the customer regarding the provision of eSIM products via the website esim.grahammiranda.com.

2. Contracting Party and Business Activity

Contracting Party: Graham Miranda, Sole Proprietorship
Business Activity: Resale of eSIM products (Reselling)
Important Notice: The Provider sells eSIM products as a reseller. The eSIM services are provided by third-party suppliers.

3. Contract Formation

The contract is formed through the customer's order and the Provider's confirmation. The provision of eSIM access data constitutes acceptance of the offer.

4. Scope of Services

Provision of eSIM profiles and activation instructions
Customer service regarding activation
Forwarding of technical inquiries to respective network providers

5. Device Compatibility and Customer Responsibility

The customer is obligated to ensure that their device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. The Provider assumes no responsibility for incompatibilities.

6. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices include statutory VAT
Payment is due before provision of eSIM data
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer

7. Delivery and Activation

eSIM data is provided via email and through the customer account. Activation is performed by the customer according to the provided instructions.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

According to EU Directive for digital content:

No right of withdrawal after commencement of contract performance (download/activation of eSIM)
The customer expressly agrees that contract performance begins with the provision of eSIM data
Refunds only in case of: Technical errors on the Provider's side that make usage impossible

9. Liability Disclaimer

The Provider is not liable for network connection interruptions
No guarantee for constant service availability
Liability limited to intentional and grossly negligent breaches of duty
For resale of third-party services, liability is limited to forwarding warranty claims
