Vertragspartei und Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vertragspartei:<\/strong> Graham Miranda, Einzelfirma<br><strong>T\u00e4tigkeit:<\/strong> Wiederverkauf von eSIM-Produkten (Reselling)<br><strong>Wichtiger Hinweis:<\/strong> Der Anbieter verkauft die eSIM-Produkte als Wiederverk\u00e4ufer. Die eSIM-Dienste werden von Drittanbietern bereitgestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-contract-formation\">3. Vertragsabschluss<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Vertrag kommt durch die Bestellung des Kunden und die Best\u00e4tigung des Providers zustande. Die Bereitstellung der eSIM-Zugangsdaten stellt die Annahme des Angebots dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-scope-of-services\">4. Umfang der Dienstleistungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bereitstellung von eSIM-Profilen und Aktivierungsanweisungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kundenservice zur Aktivierung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weiterleitung von technischen Anfragen an die jeweiligen Netzbetreiber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-device-compatibility-and-customer-responsibility\">5. Ger\u00e4tekompatibilit\u00e4t und Kundenverantwortung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass sein Ger\u00e4t eSIM-kompatibel und entsperrt ist. Der Anbieter \u00fcbernimmt keine Verantwortung f\u00fcr Inkompatibilit\u00e4ten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-prices-and-payment-terms\">6. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alle Preise enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Zahlung ist vor der Bereitstellung der eSIM-Daten f\u00e4llig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Akzeptierte Zahlungsarten: Kreditkarte, PayPal, Bank\u00fcberweisung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-delivery-and-activation\">7. Lieferung und Aktivierung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die eSIM-Daten werden per E-Mail und \u00fcber das Kundenkonto bereitgestellt. Die Aktivierung erfolgt durch den Kunden gem\u00e4\u00df den bereitgestellten Anweisungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-right-of-withdrawal-and-refunds\">8. R\u00fccktrittsrecht und R\u00fcckerstattung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gem\u00e4\u00df der EU-Richtlinie f\u00fcr digitale Inhalte:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kein Widerrufsrecht<\/strong> nach Beginn der Vertragserf\u00fcllung (Download\/Aktivierung der eSIM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Kunde stimmt ausdr\u00fccklich zu, dass die Vertragserf\u00fcllung mit der Bereitstellung der eSIM-Daten beginnt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erstattungen nur im Falle von:<\/strong> Technische Fehler auf der Seite des Providers, die eine Nutzung unm\u00f6glich machen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-liability-disclaimer\">9. Haftungsausschluss<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der Provider haftet nicht f\u00fcr Unterbrechungen der Netzverbindung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keine Garantie f\u00fcr st\u00e4ndige Verf\u00fcgbarkeit des Dienstes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haftung beschr\u00e4nkt auf vors\u00e4tzliche und grob fahrl\u00e4ssige Pflichtverletzungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bei Weiterverkauf von Fremdleistungen beschr\u00e4nkt sich die Haftung auf die Weiterleitung von Gew\u00e4hrleistungsanspr\u00fcchen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-10-warranty\">10.
